We are happy to use all of our combined knowledge to offer stress management sessions for individuals and organisations.
♦ Our health and safety knowledge, to help identify what stressors are a risk to health and recommend actions you can take to reduce the potential impacts of stress
♦ Our coaching skills to assist you in changing habits and beliefs that may not help you cope with and react well to stress, and plan the best way of resolving stressful issues
♦ NHS and Health and Safety Executive self assessment tools to identify the levels of stress currently existing for individuals and organisations
♦ Relaxing therapies as an intervention to relieve tension and stress in the short term
♦ Relaxation sessions to provide respite, improve sleep and anxiety management, and visualisation around how situations could be better
Stress Management support can be delivered in individual sessions or as a training programme. This service is designed to meet a client's personal preferences and can include therapies, coaching and teaching techniques.
An hour long session of stress coaching and relaxation costs from £45, we offer an initial confidential free consultation to discuss your needs first.
