Oriental Face Massage

 A really good facial

Gentle finger movements working over the whole of the face, eyes and forehead, release tension, smooth the skin and help bring elasticity back to the face.  Anma and accupressure techniques work deeply on the facial muscles helping to soften and minimise fine lines and increase blood and oxygen flow to the face, brightening the skin.  This slow and meditative massage leaves clients feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.

Benefits:

alleviates the build up of toxins in the face,  head, neck and shoulders

increases flow of lymph, oxygen and blood to the skin by releasing tension in the face, alleviating dull skin, headaches, sinus problems and tension

promotes cell regeneration, improving the skins condition over time

allows participants to deeply relax and unwind, encourages release of endorphines (feelgood hormones), counteracting stress and anxiety

promotes improved sleep, reduced tension around the eyes and forehead, shoulders and neck, and has a positive impact on nasal and sinus congestion

This massage can also be combined with a cleansing, toning, mineral mask and moisturising routine and usually lasts between 45 minutes and one hour.
