When difficult times come - and they do for all of us - we offer a 3 step approach to helping you through.
Step 1: Relaxation. Stress freezes and immobilises people. They can't think straight; they can't sleep; they develop physical symptoms which can really make them ill. Guided relaxation or a relaxing therapy will help people de-stress and improve their sleep, so that they can move onto mastering their situation.
Step 2: Managing stress. Being trapped in a situation and feeling helpless is disempowering. We can support you to learn techniques so that you can control how stress affects you and overcome stressful situations.
Step 3: Coaching. We can support people to formulate a route out of dissatisfying life experiences that are sapping their energy and help them see that situations which may initially seem dreadful, can actually be a catalyst to better things.
