Customer Reviews

Really lovely clients
My name is Linda Pelling, late forties and work for myself. I get quite stressed out due to my work and was really looking forward to my head massage by Pauline. Pauline arrived at my house and she has such a calming effect on me - just her soft voice is soothing and she is the sort of person who you can really talk to and know you are going to be de-stressed! Pauline began her massage, explaining a little as she was going along and asking if the pressure she applied was suitable - it was great and I was sorry when she finished. Afterwards I felt a warm glow around my head and neck that lasted for a while after Pauline left. I would recommend Pauline to anyone and hope to have another head massage soon - thanks Pauline
Charles (on coaching):
Pauline has helped me find direction in my life and I now feel able to get what I want from life
Tricia Keith: A quick message to show my gratitude for your support and patience over the last 6 months – your support has been invaluable!!!
Kim: ‘Felt completely positive after our meetings’
P.C.: The best Indian head massage I've had - it was both relaxing and invigorating.
From Mike: Thanks for all your help – the coaching worked and I feel I can take action over the problems I have had regarding my health.
Jane Rigney, Nugent Care Society (on Stress Awareness Training): Really enjoyed the visualisation exercise and will take that away with me
Kathleen Williams: I felt very relaxed and even though the massage session was carried out in a busy, noisy event, it was amazing how I was able to swtich off.
Diane Blair, Sefton CVS - Speed Coaching: The session was a good starting point - I think more time on my own to refine actions will be needed. Action planning was useful.
Mary on Speed Coaching: The most useful thing about the session was identifying problems - probably could have picked a number of things. I realised that my problems were manifested by my own mind.
Shannon, re speed coaching: Given the short time, I think the session was very effective. The prompt questions around how to achieve goals were useful.
